Who I am

Creative Media Minds is the sole proprietorship of Elma Smit in Lievelde, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 69325227). I am responsible for the data on this site.

What I receive

Only what you send yourself, through the contact form or by email:

• your name and email address (and your phone number, if you ask me to call you back);
• your message, and what you need help with.

What for

To answer your question and, if you want one, to make you a quote. Nothing more: no newsletter, no advertising, and I do not sell or share your data with anyone.

How long

If no project comes of it, I delete your message within a year. If you become a client, I keep what the law requires, such as invoices for seven years for the tax authorities.

No cookies, no tracking

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and nothing from Google or social media. Even the typeface is served from my own server.

What the technology keeps

Against spam, the form remembers a hashed (scrambled) version of your IP address for one hour. Like every web server, my hosting provider keeps technical log files for a short time.

Your rights

You can always ask what data I hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Email me and I will sort it out within a month. If you disagree with me, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Email: hi@creativemediaminds.nl.
